Multiple Intelligence Multimedia


When I first saw the lesson about Multimedia Intelligence multimedia I never thought about it as a self-assessment process that individuals can identify their unique smarts and translate this information to enhance their intellectual performance, career development and personal satisfaction. I never heard about Gardner theory which left me speechless. I never thought that beside I.Q tests there could have been a more developed structure of measuring the human intelligence in 8 types of human intelligences, each representing different ways where we process information. Understanding these 8 intelligences will more accurately account for the broad range of human potential in children and adults. As I began feeling curious I understand that a person can't have one but more than one. I realized that the human intelligence can cooperate throughout every situation using the 8 types of intelligence. For example I can relate myself to people smart so as communicating with others, working well with people and having social sensivity. Also self smart which is the competence in understanding oneself and the ability for meta-cognition.

    i like the idea that these 8 kinds of intelligence are related with each other. Because one type of intelligence sometimes is not enough.

    A very concise post, yet insightful about what you really think and used to think about intelligence prior to reading, and especially about the part were you talk about your own experience while getting to know your own intelligences as well. Keep it up!
